1st March, 2012: Version 1.3 discontinued
Version 1.3 is not available any more.
Although still searched for and with still quite some new users interested in it, we decided to discontinue Version 1.3, because we consider that its cycle has come to an end, and we only want our customers to have our most updated products available. Anyway, V.1.x users will still get technical support, as required.
9th April, 2009: Sitemap and Videos
Sitemap and videos section added on website.
To aid website visitors to surf our website, a Sitemap was added. And for users seeking some more on-line audiovisual help
we have added a videos page, which includes also some case studies.
15th January, 2009: New V. 2.0
LITIO issued new version.
The new version of LITIO, which is a jump forward in quality and sheet metal development capability, was issued.
See more about new version 2.0.
26th September, 2008: Beta V. 2.0
LITIO issued beta version.
The beta version of LITIO 2.0 was sent to selected beta testers, who were active users of v.1.3. Feedback has helped us to make some final adjustments.
No critic bugs were found.
18th November, 2006: Upgrade files to download
Avoiding delays after purchasing.
In order to give our customers a better service and to avoid e-mail sending delays (which were, anyway, of less than 24 hours), we have set up, in collaboration with KAGI, the download of the upgrade files. Instead of having them sent attached in an e-mail, you get a link to download them, included in Kagi's “Thanks for your purchase” e-mail confirmation.
Thus, our customers would be able to use the program just some minutes after they place a credit card or PAYPAL order. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, regardless weekends, holidays, etc. We are working permanently to improve our customers' satisfaction. This is our commitment.
17th November, 2006: Version 1.3
Three patterns added.
As a part of our quality and customers' satisfaction policy, we are improving LITIO permanently through research and development. After lot experimentation we have launched version 1.3.
Due to our quality policy, all registered users, who opted to receive an e-mail, when a new release is issued, were sent this version 1.3 for free. If you are a registered user, but you opted not to receive new-version-warnings, you can send us an e-mail asking for your free upgrade.
14th October, 2006: Version 1.2.
Enhanced AutoCAD R 2006 compatibility.
In some non-English versions of AutoCAD R2006, some compatibility problems have arisen.
LITIO uses the AutoCAD embedded feature GEOMCAL to make some calculations. AutoDesk has changed the geomcal command syntax in VLisp. Thus, previous versions of LITIO would not work properly in some non-English versions of AutoCAD 2006 (Spanish version has no problems, though!; previous non-English versions of AutoCAD do not have this problem!). LITIO might need to be further customized for some OTHER non-English AutoCAD R2006 versions. If so, please send us an email.
19th July, 2006: Black lines in dialogue images.
New image file was issued.
With some background colour configurations and some AutoCAD versions, lines in dialogue images may not be visible enough.
For that, a new litio.slb was issued. All registered users, who opted to receive an e-mail,
when a new release is issued, were warned about this. See also FAQ.
Download the file and replace your existing litio.slb with this one.
18th July, 2006: Version 1.1b.
New Version 1.1b was issued.
This version corrects a small bug found by a customer of Toronto, Canada (Stoddard Silencers),
who we thank. This bug appeared in patterns #23, #22, #25 and #26 (see page 19 of user manual) under certain parameter combinations.
Due to our quality policy, all registered users, who opted to receive
an e-mail, when a new release is issued, were sent this new version 1.1b
for free. If you are a registered user, but you opted not to receive
new-version-warnings, you can send us an e-mail asking for your
free upgrade.
12th May, 2006: Website renewed
News and awards pages added.
Website renewed and this page added to public (previously restricted to certain users), as a way to have users and potential users up to date regarding news about the program and the developer.
24th June, 2004: Website and V 1.0 were launched
Things started.
Version 1.0 of LITIO - 3D Sheet metal software for AutoCAD and first site were launched. And with great success, we had to admit.
